The Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method differs from traditional models like Design-Bid-Build by engaging a construction manager early in the design phase and holding them responsible for delivering the project within a guaranteed maximum price. This early involvement fosters collaboration between the owner, designer and contractor, leading to more accurate cost estimates, improved scheduling and reduced project risks.
While CMAR offers significant advantages, it can present challenges for project owners. This webinar explores these challenges through case studies, industry insights and strategies for effective implementation.
