Water Wednesday Webinar
Excellence in Program Management
Helping water agencies deliver complex programs efficiently with tailored solutions and improved service outcomes

Agenda

Water agencies across the globe face the challenge of delivering complex capital programs with limited resources. This urgency can impact critical areas such as service quality, operational efficiency, and rate adjustments. To address these challenges, AECOM offers a tailored solution for water and wastewater clients: our program management services.

Unlike project management, program management emphasizes strategic planning and process optimization to ensure robust benefits realization. It establishes a comprehensive delivery framework designed to enhance the success of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

In this webinar, we explore the common reasons why major programs fail and introduce the six cornerstone elements of AECOM’s program management methodology, which are designed to drive successful outcomes.

Meet the speakers:

  • Beverley Stinson, Chief Executive, Global Water Business Line. Bev is a renowned One Water expert and advocate for applied research and innovation. She has dedicated career to advancing water and wastewater treatment, water reuse, energy neutrality, PFAS treatment, and climate resilience. She has led numerous large-scale water/wastewater programs for her clients globally and has conducted extensive research, resulting in several patents. Her leadership in engineering, planning, and design continues to drive cutting-edge solutions for emerging water/wastewater challenges, ensuring sustainable and resilient systems worldwide.
  • Drew Jeter, Chief Executive of the Global Program Management Business Line & Major Pursuits Leader. • Srini Vallabhaneni, Global Director Water Programs. Srini is a recognized industry leader with four decades of expertise specializing in the delivery of stormwater, wastewater, and water infrastructure programs. He has played a pivotal role in transforming utility management and delivering multi-billion-dollar programs. In his current role, he oversees Chicago Water’s $3.9 billion Capital Improvement Program. Srini’s extensive experience in planning, design, and asset management has helped numerous utilities complete hundreds of projects. His leadership continues to drive innovation and efficiency in large-scale water/wastewater initiatives, shaping the future of infrastructure worldwide.
  • Bo Bodniewicz, Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow (SWIFT) Program Manager. Bo has led transformative water quality programs and projects across North America. Starting with his role as Project Manager for NYC’s Applied Research Program, he helped shape the design criteria for some of NYC’s critical water/wastewater infrastructure. He then served as Program Manager for $1.5 billion in nutrient upgrades at DC Water’s Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. Now, as Program Manager for HRSD’s nearly $3 billion SWIFT Program, he is implementing a hallmark program for the water-reuse community. Bo brings extensive experience in program management, planning, design and construction of complex water and wastewater infrastructure.
