Digital Shift: Charting Your Digital Investment
A blueprint for water utilities embracing the tangible benefits of digital transformation

Agenda

In today’s era of rapid digital advancements, a comprehensive technology plan is critical to a successful utility management strategy. In this one-hour webinar, we explore an approach to developing a technology plan that empowers utilities to confidently navigate their digital evolution for long-term success.

We also demonstrate how we’re using the approach to help the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) achieve and sustain their capital improvement targets through digital transformation planning and implementation support. Attendees will get an in-depth look at how DWSD's journey of digital transformation, guided by strategic planning and cutting-edge solutions, led to remarkable improvements in service quality and operational resilience.
